Bi Monthly in person drop in group for women. The group will be led by me but does not follow a structure or curriculum based format. Group size will be capped at 10.

Developing and maintaining your sense of Self in relationships. This program helps you build a foundation for creating authentic and intentional relationships. You will learn tools for embodiment, boundaries, nervous system regulation, letting go of limiting beliefs, finding and embracing your core desires and your yes, and body confidence. When you bring these tools together and integrate them into your life, you create the ability within yourself to enter into romantic/intimate relationships without losing yourself and enacting patterns of co-dependency, enmeshment, or hyper independence.
